Each plume pen comes with a golden metal swivel base 2 1/4" wide. The ostrich plumes are 16" in length. Blue ink. The plumes come in the following colors:  black, burgundy, ivory, hunter, purple, white, red, pink, light blue, lavender, mauve, peach, royal purplish blue, teal, and navy blue.
